This is my mother in laws recipe for an Indian delicacy known as “pinni” benefits are for breastfeeding mothers.
Ingredients
1 Cup All-purpose flour
1 TSP Ginger Powder
2 TBSP Granulated Sugar
1 Stick Unsalted butter
1/4 Cup Cardamom
1/2 Cup Almond
1/3 Cup Cashew
1/4 Cup Coconut flakes
3 TBSP Flax seeds
1/4 Cup charmagaz seeds
1/2 Cup Raisins
Steps
1. Crush and grind all the dry nuts and seeds
2. Combine butter and flour over heat add in ginger powder once color darken add in sugar.
3. Combine mixture with all the ground nuts/seeds
4. Add in raisins
5. Enjoy!
